I Come in For Breakfast they always have fresh bagels. Cinnamon toast crunch bagel are very good it's a must try with peanut butter !! One thing that they could work on is a stranger connection To Wi-Fi and more outlet plugs. Also the outlets are hard to keep you computer adapter plug in with out falling out. (Change OutletPlugs $2.00 at the HomeDepot) So I rate it 3.5 Stars

What I don't like about this location is that every bread product I've had here is just plain DRY! I'm not sure if I am coming in the correct times of the day, but the cinnamon bun, pecan braid, and so forth have been disappointingly dry.

I had such a craving for a Caesar salad and was thrilled to discover that I could get one from Panera Bread. Boy, was I in for a surprise. Would someone kindly (or not so kindly) explain to me how you can mess up a Caesar salad, please? Worst Caesar I've ever encountered. For some reason, I kept hoping that perhaps....miraculously something would jump out of my salad bowl and tell me that this was all a joke....but it was not April 1. It was actually February 21st when this happened. This was no Caesar. It was a container filled with lettuce. Uggh! Gross. Disappointing. Just to be fair, I returned a few days later and ordered another one. It was just as bad. They need to either learn how to make a Caesar or stop selling them.

The quality is horrible at this location...my sandwich didn't taste fresh and my apple was bruised. Just plain nasty.

As always, Panera is a great place to stop in for a quick, healthy bite. The soup is yummy; I like it in the bread bowl. This location has plenty of seating and even a few outdoor tables. The service is very fast as well.

I love Aspen Hill shopping center. I come here at least twice a week when I really need to take a break from studying. This Panera serves some pretty good coffee and chocolate chip muffie (a muffin that married a cookie). I would recommend coming here for drinks and desserts. Their sandwiches are good too. Healthier then their neighbors five guys or mcdonalds.

I am an Aspen Hill / Rockville / Bauer Drive native. Grew up riding my BMX bike to Aspen Hill shopping center. Maybe even stopping off at Wheaton Woods pool on the way home in the summertime. Well, I is all growns up now and I dwell in San Francisco. But, my folks still kick it back in tha ville. So, I want to make sure that they have some good options for some carry out food. I gotta tell you that I am blessed to have a Panera that is so close to home. My mom and dad must eat lunch / dinner here 3-5 times a week. I am thankful that there is a place where they can get some healthy salads and soups. When my wife and I were back home visiting over the Thanksgiving holidays we hit it up a bunch of times. Good food, healthy options. I love it.

I want to like Panera a lot, but in reality it's only ever an OK meal. This location especially doesn't have a very happy or enthusiastic staff, and it comes across when you pick up your food; as if they couldn't care less. Still, if you've been greased to death with burgers and pizza, it's one of the only viable options in Aspen Hill that's not Dunkin' Donuts.

I've earlier reviewed three of the other Paneras, in Friendship Heights, downtown Silver Spring, and south Rockville. I actually get to this one in Aspen Hill and the relatively new one in Wheaton more often than the one in Friendship Heights, though I still get to the other two I reviewed, and so this is really to be considered pretty much an update of my review of those, as well as a new one for this one and the Wheaton location. I had said that the pastries at Panera were better than Starbucks -- actually, Starbucks has improved their blueberry scones so I prefer theirs now, but Panera still has some nice muffins, bear claws, and a cherry pastry I like (they don't call the last a Danish, but it's pretty much that). My favorite is the cobblestone, but it's big enough that I only get it when I have a big appetite. And unlimited refills on tea are still a point in their favor. The lunches are still small-portioned. They added pasta dishes a few days ago and they taste good -- and since they come with a small soup as well, I suppose they're adequate. But I would probably have preferred either a larger size pasta or a larger size soup, because the choices they have don't go that well with each other. So my average 4-star rating -- 5 for tea & pastry, 3 for lunch -- still basically applies to all the Paneras I regularly visit.

I come here when I'm in the area and and every time I leave satisfied. Other than the Panera on East Jefferson Street, this is the only other Panera I come to and for good reason. The food here is always well made, and they make sure that everything comes out right. I've tried all the pastas and I have to say that all of them taste great. My particular favorite is their pesto sacchettini since it's packed with lots of cheese and topped with lots of flavor. I usually come here before or after I go to the gym, so I tend to get their grilled chicken caesar salad or their strawberry poppyseed and chicken salad which is seasonal. Then following it up with a low fat strawberry smoothie. During busy rush hours, seating tends to be a challenge, but they also have a few outdoor tables for those that enjoy eating outdoors. The staff here are really friendly.

Hubs and I eat here once a week, sometimes twice. I try to get a different salad each time with a cup of soup. It's very close to home, quick to eat, & affordable. Fantastic for when I'm feeling health-conscious. I'm sure you'll find me here over the weekend.

For a chain, Panera has fine sandwiches and some great salads, good lattes (with soymilk, which you can't find everywhere), and free wifi. I try to keep my eye off the bakery items, but don't always find enough strength... and go back for the lemon poppyseed mini bundt cake. This particular Panera's is very friendly, too, which is a plus. I've struck up conversations with other folks eating next to me several times, and always enjoy them. And it's only five minutes from my home, and next to the post office, so very convenient.

I hadn't been to a Panera in a few years, so I stopped in last Sunday morning about 7:45. I wanted to eat in, so I was a little alarmed at the number of people coming in and out. But most of them were taking stuff to go, so there was plenty of seating available. I ordered a jalepeno cheddar bagel with veggie cream cheese and a decaf coffee. I didn't taste ANY jalepeno or cheddar, but it was a delicious bagel nonetheless. My only complaint (besides the slightly inflated prices) was that the bagel came with its own container of cream cheese. I remember that they used to put the cream cheese on it for you, which to me is part of the experience of eating out. I really don't want to assemble my own food when I go out, which is why you'll never see me at those Mongolian BBQ-type places. I also found the decaf to be too bitter for my taste (I had to add sweetener which I never do). However, I find Dunkin Donuts (in-store) decaf too bitter also, if that gives you a frame of reference. Coming off a recent trip to Portland, OR, I was longing to relieve the taste of the West Coast chain Noah's Bagels. This didn't taste as good, but it'll do.
